भारत में कोरोना संक्रमण की तीसरी लहर को लेकर आशंका तेजी हो गई है। विशेषज्ञों ने अक्तूबर के महीने में देश में कोरोना के तीसरी लहर की पीक को लेकर आगाह किया है। कोरोना के इसी संकट के बीच देश में एक और संक्रमण के मामले रिपोर्ट किए जा रहे हैं। हालिया रिपोर्टस के मुताबिक उत्तर प्रदेश के कुछ जिलों में एक गंभीर संक्रमण के मामले तेजी से बढ़ रहे हैं। विशेषज्ञों ने इसकी पहचान 'स्क्रब टाइफस' रोग के रूप में की है। स्क्रब टाइफस मुख्यरूप से माइट्स (घुन जैसे छोटे कीट) के काटने के कारण होने वाली बीमारी है, समय पर इसका उपचार न हो पाने पर संक्रमितों की मौत भी हो सकती है।
