ASMR | Help for ANXIETY + Meditation (gentle rain ЁЯМзя╕П)
A few weeks ago I asked my community what their favorite techniques for anxiety were - and this video is the result of that! I did include some classic techniques, like mindfulness, personal attention, breathing, ASMR triggers, etc, but I also had a lot of fun trying new ones. I hope you'll find one, or several, that work in reducing your anxiety, stress, or panic. ЁЯТЬ
If you're struggling with anxiety, please know that it WILL get better, especially if you continue to search for and try methods. Most importantly though, have compassion for yourself. You're strong, loved, and have made it through this many times before and will make it through this time.
