Firozabad Viral Fever: Mysterious Scrub Typhus Fever Grips Uttar Pradesh | India Today Ground Report

As Firozabad in Uttar Pradesh witnesses an increase in scrub typhus fever and dengue cases, there has been a rise in black marketing of blood platelets, recommended by doctors for treatment of the diseases.
As much as Rs 800 to Rs 3,000 is being charged for platelets from the attendants. Small packs of platelets are in maximum demand.
