Nipah Virus Kerala: निपाह वायरस को लेकर केरल अलर्ट मोड पर है। मंगलवार को पुष्टि हुई कि इस वायरस की वजह से राज्य में दो लोगों की मौत हो गई। जिसके बाद केरल के मुख्यमंत्री पिनराई विजयन ने कहा कि इस मामले को हमारी सरकार बड़ी गंभीरता से ले रही है। जानकारी के मुताबिक दोनों ही मृतक कोझिकोड के रहने वाले थे। इस संक्रमण पर काबू पाने के लिए कोझिकोड प्रशासन ने सात ग्राम पंचायतों को कंटेनमेंट जोन घोषित किया है। कंटेनमेंट जोन घोषित करने का मतलब है कि इस ग्राम पंचायतों के लोग एक खास सीमा के बाहर नहीं जा सकते हैं।
