I visited Daya Basti to document the miserable living conditions of a slum surrounded by Railway tracks. What I saw wasn’t less than a shock. Roads are covered by sewage water, crime is a norm, water scarcity isn’t new and people dying on tracks trying to live their lives has become an everyday affair for the people of Daya Basti.

We tried our honest best to uncover the harsh realities of living in Daya Basti. This is Bharat Ek Khoj, Ep. 16.
